Yes. To ensure the security of your WestJet points account, a booking made using your WestJet points must be made by the WestJet Rewards member and by calling our Sales Centre at 1-877-786-9464. Your travel agent can also redeem WestJet points on your behalf, through the Sunwing Sales Centre. As the WestJet Rewards member, you must be one of the travellers on the booking for a travel agent to complete the redemption on your behalf.
