  Special Assistance

At Sunwing Airlines, we understand you may have special circumstances that require extra attention and care so you are able to travel comfortably and stress-free. Please review the list of services below for information that will assist you in planning your vacation.

Passengers can contact Special Services Department via email at specialservices@sunwing.ca or call during business hours (Monday to Friday - 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST) at 1877-877-1755 Ex 8091 (toll free)

Relay Services

  • Contact 1 800 855-0511 (Voice to TTY) OR 711 (TTY to Voice) for an operator service that allows people who are deaf, hard–of–hearing, speech-disabled, or deaf-blind to place calls to standard telephone users via a keyboard or assistive device. Can be used to communicate with Sunwing.

Special Services hours of operation: Monday to Friday - 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST

We look forward to assisting you with your questions, concerns or service requests (airport, flight, transfers or hotel assistance).

To request special services (including at the airport, on the flight, during transfers or at the hotel), please fill out this request on My booking Portal.

We recommend that you contact our Special Services Department at least 48 hours prior to your flight departure in order to create a seamless travel experience.

Sunwing airlines is committed to provide the best possible customer services to passengers with disabilities in accordance with the Accessible Transportation for Persons with Disabilities Regulations set by the Canadian Transportation Agency (CTA).

In addition, Sunwing airlines is subject to the US Department of Transportation regulations of the Non-Discrimination on the Basis of Disability in Air Travel (14 CFR Part 382). on flights between Canada and the USA. Sunwing is committed to provide priority check-in and boarding for passengers with disabilities who require special assistance

We are not able to assign seats in the Emergency Exit Rows; 15-16 A-F as passengers must be able bodied to occupy those seats.
