Our favourite pick for affordable celebrations

If you’re looking for a budget-friendly wedding package, some offer all the necessities at a lower price point – including packages that are complimentary with a minimum number of room nights booked. The RIU Free Wedding Package from RIU Hotels and Resorts offers all the essentials for your destination wedding day and is complimentary on bookings with a total of ten guests including the couple (restrictions apply and additional guests are at an extra cost). The package includes the services of an on-site wedding coordinator, a bouquet and boutonniere, decorations for the ceremony location, a semi-private dinner at one of the resort’s specialty restaurants and more.

Our favourite pick for private receptions

Most resort packages including a semi-private reception at one of the on-site restaurants – but if you’re looking to host a private reception like you’d have back home, there are plenty of options to choose from! The Refined Wedding Package at Royalton Luxury Resorts includes a private cocktail hour and a three-hour private reception where you and your guests can dance the night away. Indulge in a plated or family-style meal, grab your favourite drinks with three hours of standard open bar service, cut into a two-tier wedding cake and more. You can even choose from a range of add-ons like a private welcome party, an after-party at the resort disco and late-night food stations. The package includes up to 30 guests, but extra guests can be added at an additional fee.

Our favourite pick for décor lovers

Is your weddings Pinterest board full of décor ideas and the latest trends? Then you’ll love a wedding package that includes plenty of design and décor elements. Grand Palladium Hotels & Resorts has partnered with world-famous wedding and events guru Karen Bussen to develop the exclusive Weddings by Palladium packages featuring a wide range of themes and décor options. You can pick a package and utilize the pre-built colour palettes and décor details or use your package as a template and customize the details to reflect your wedding day vision. The Timeless Package features a classic design with a touch of bling, the Waves of Love Package offers a beach-inspired aesthetic and the Bliss in Bloom Package includes vintage-inspired touches.
