REFUNDS FOR VACATIONS CANCELLED DUE TO COVID-19

Please note that the August 27, 2021 deadline to submit a refund request for eligible non-refundable bookings that were cancelled as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic has expired.

If you did not submit a refund request prior to the deadline, note that you will retain your Future Travel Credit, which is valid for travel up to September 30, 2026. Travel credits are non-refundable, non-transferable and hold no cash value. Please contact your travel agent or visit sunwing.ca when you are ready to book your future Sunwing vacation.
