Student Groups: 18+ Years old

1. All people within the group should behave in a civil and respectful manner towards the other clients and the hotel facilities.
   
2. Each member of the group is due on arrival a $120 deposit to cover any breakages, damage or costs arising from misconduct or bad use of facilities. This deposit is integral to the whole group. Meaning that in the case where one person causes damage, the money deposited as a group will be used to cover the expenses. In case there is no need to use the deposit, each member of the group will be refunded $120 at the time of check out.
   
3. The hotel has the right to expel people who do not respect the rules of the hotel or vacation time of other clients and the hotel manager may decide the time of the expulsion. In case of expulsion, the hotel will charge 100% of the reservation.
