Environmental Tax can range from approximately $31 - $77 MXN Pesos per room per night. Payable locally directly to the hotel upon check in. Rates are subject to change.
From April 15th - June 15th 2024 there will be some maintenance work happening to the main lobby ceiling at Seadust Cancun Family Resort. During this period, certain areas of the lobby will be temporarily closed including the Front Desk, Gym and Spa. The hotel has ensured that they will be minimizing any disruptions and inconveniences. To facilitate a smooth transition during this maintenance period, the following actions have been implemented:
- Main reception will be relocated to the Creperie area. Guest services will be handled at the Chief Concierge office. A waiting area will be located behind Gelato. Reps office, Photo Shop and Car Rental will be located at the office next to the concierge
- Gym will be relocated to the Fun Bar with gym equipment overlooking the sunset side of the property Spa - Due to possible noise, the spa will be relocated to the 8th floor
