Student Policy:

• Student/Youth travelers are defined as any guest 24 years of age and younger travelling without legal parent/guardian.
• Upon check-in guests will be required to leave a deposit of 150USD per person. The deposit will be refunded (totally or partially) only if guests are not involved in damages at the property.
• In case a guest has engaged in inappropriate behavior, the hotel reserves the right to stay on the property. The payment of the reservation is not going to be refunded in these cases.
• Minimum age for all guests: 18 years. Maximum of 15 rooms per group.
• A chaperon with a minimum age of 30 years is required every 15 rooms.
• All this groups needs to be requested to the Sales Director at the hotel
