Although we have taken every reasonable step to prevent this labour disruption involving WestJet cabin crew, WestJet flights have been suspended effective August 2, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. MDT. We remain committed to reaching a resolution.

If your flight has been cancelled, please monitor your email as we will attempt to reach out to you with more information. If your flight departs within 24-hours and you have not heard from us, please contact us– please be advised that longer-than-usual hold times may occur.

Additional Information

To provide added flexibility, guests with flights scheduled to depart between July 30 and August 6, 2026, can make a one-time change or cancellation to their booking, and we will waive our standard change and cancel service fees. Please note if a change to the package results in a higher price, the difference will still apply.

Cancellations:

• You can cancel your booking without cancellation fees and receive a full refund to a travel voucher.

• The voucher can be used toward a future booking and will be subject to its expiry date as well as any applicable booking terms.

• Cancellations can be made up to 4 hours prior to departure.

• To cancel your booking, please log into Manage my Booking.

Changes:

• You can change your destination and travel dates without paying a change fee.

• Please note the price of your package is subject to change. Any increase in price will apply and if the price is lower the difference will be refunded to a travel voucher.

• Changes can be made up to 4 hours prior to departure.

If you choose not to change your booking:

• No action is required if guests prefer to keep their current reservation.

• If the flights under the booking are impacted by a labour disruption, WestJet will reaccommodate you on the next available flight to your destination, including on flights operated by other air carriers. Guests who no longer wish to travel may also cancel their flight and receive a refund for the value of your vacation package.

• Should you experience a flight disruption, we will keep you updated and provide guidance as information becomes available.

For guests currently at destination whose flight has been cancelled, our destination team is working to extend hotel accommodations one night at a time. We ask that you confirm with your hotel front desk to verify your accommodation has been extended.
