How soon after booking are my e-ticket documents available on-line?
E-ticket documents will be available within 3 hours of confirmation provided your booking is paid in full and departing within 28 days.
 
How do I get my bag tags, ticket wallets and tourist cards?
Bag tags and ticket wallets will NO longer be available. Tourist Cards will be distributed either in-flight, upon arrival or departure.
 
Does this change anything at the airport, re: check-in process?
No
 
Do I require any paperwork, such as a voucher, to check-in at my hotel?
Yes, you will be required to produce a hotel voucher upon arrival at your hotel. Hotel vouchers have been provided as part of your e-ticket documents. Please ensure you bring them with you.
 
What about change fees?
Change fees will apply as per our current Terms and Conditions listed in the back of our brochure or on our website. For more information, please contact your Travel Agent or our Sales Centre: Quebec residents please call 1-888-822-2623 all other provinces please call 1-800-668-4224.
 
Will I receive paperwork for the Worry Free Vacation Security Plan or Pre- Departure Cancellation/Change Fee Waiver?
Information on our Worry Free Vacation Security Plans and Pre-Departure Cancellation/Change Fee Waiver can be found online. If you have booked one of our Worry Free Vacation Security Plans or the Pre-Departure Cancellation/Change Fee Waiver in conjunction with your Sunwing holiday, it will be indicated on your e-ticket documents under itinerary. A Travel Certificate of Insurance outlining the Worry Free Vacation Security Plan will be available online. It is your responsibility to review and print the Travel Certificate of Insurance as this document outlines important information. No paper work is issued for the Pre-Departure Cancellation & Change Fee Waiver.
 
Where do I get my vouchers for the Sunwing Premium Package, Car Rental and Attractions purchased?
A voucher will be included as part of your e-ticket documents for all services purchased.
 
Are there any exceptions for e-ticket documents?
Yes, there are exceptions. E-ticket documents will not be available for bookings that include Florida attractions. Paper tickets will be sent for the entire booking until further notice. Florida attractions include:
Walt Disney World Theme Park Tickets
Universal Orlando Theme Park Tickets
SeaWorld Adventure Park
Busch Gardens
Arabian Nights
 
Will group bookings be using e-ticket documents as well?
Yes, group bookings will be using e-ticket documents.
 
How do I save and print my e-ticket documents?
A print and save option is available on each e-ticket document. Select your action and print your e-ticket document or save it your directly to your desktop.
 
How many times am I able to print my e-ticket documents and how long do I have to access my e-ticket documents?
You may print your e-ticket documents as many times as you like.
 
What happens if there is a change to my flight times?
Operational changes can occur which may result in the need to reschedule flights. In the event that we need to advise you of any such changes, prior to departure from Canada, we will notify you or your travel agent. E-tickets documents will need to be re-printed with the correct flight information. Please remember that it is your responsibility to contact the airline shown on your ticket 12 hours prior to departure to reconfirm flight times.
 
Princess Cruises
Your Princess Cruises ‘Pre-Cruise’ documents can be accessed online at www.princess.com . Click on ‘Cruise Personalizer’ within ‘Prepare for Your Cruise’, enter the passenger’s name and cruise line booking number to complete the required Pre-Cruise information. You MUST complete the Passenger Immigration Form (PIF) in advance of your sailing date to print your Boarding Pass. The Cruise Answer Book and other relevant pre-cruise information are also available online at www.princess.com. Princess Personalized Luggage Tags are also available online in the Cruise Personalizer. Luggage tags will also be available at the pier.

Passenger Immigration Form

It is mandatory you complete the Passenger Immigration Form prior to sailing. Each passenger is responsible for providing Princess Cruises with complete and accurate immigration information. The Passenger Immigration Form must be completed online using the ‘Cruise Personalizer’ at www.princess.com. Ensure your name appears exactly as shown on your passport. If the name does not match, contact your Travel Agent. Failure to provide this information will result in delayed check-in and, possibly, denied boarding. You cannot print a boarding pass until you have completed the PIF information. If you do not have online access, please contact your Travel Agent to assist. Completing the PIF online can be done up to 5 days prior to sailing - within 5 days prior to sailing please contact Princess at 1-800-PRINCESS.
 
MSC Cruises
Please note that MSC Cruises E-documents will be sent to the email address on your Sunwing Vacations booking. E-documents will be sent to you from cruisedocs@sunwing.ca. To ensure you receive your Sunwing Vacations Cruise E-docs please save this address in your ‘Contact List’ to prevent the E-docs from going into your Junk or Spam box. E-documents along with proper identification must be presented at the pier for check in. Luggage tags will be available at the pier.

MSC Express Web Check In

MSC Cruises passengers can utilize the MSC Express web check online at www.msccruisesusa.com up to 72 hours prior to sailing. Complete your personal details and print the embarkation form to bring with you for priority embarkation check-in. All passenger immigration details must be as reflected on your passport. If you do not have access to the internet, your travel agent can assist. Within 72 hours prior to sailing guests will check in at the pier.
