Just wanted to start by complimenting Sunwing on terrific value for money overall. We just returned from Varadero, Cuba at the Oasis Terquesa Hotel. I can honestly say that this was the cheapest vacation we have ever been on but the best ever! We all felt like our vacation begun the moment we got on the plane. We were impressed with the complimentary wine, headsets, pillows and meal. The flight attendants were very friendly and helpful to us all. The resort was great and we all had a wonderful time! We were very impressed from the start of our trip, even the ticket people in Toronto airport. Very courteous, polite and helpful - everyone was. The Pilot did a terrific job getting us home and the Flight Attendants we wonderful and we want to thank Sunwing for such a terrific vacation. I know that moving forward we will certainly be booking Sunwing and encouraging our friends and family to do the same.

I just returned back to Toronto having a weeks vacation Flying From Toronto to Holguin departed Toronto September 29 Flight 640 and returned to Toronto on Oct. 6th flight 641. I travel at least a dozen times a year on business and for pleasure. I have never been on sunwing before. I can honestly say that this trip on Sunwing was the very best in service and overall standard of quality that I have ever experienced. From the warm towels, complimentary hot breakfast and lunch, complimentary wine and excellent service to a occasional voice from the captain telling where we were flying over I was just blown away. Another side note is that a announcement was made asking travelers if they could refrain from eating nuts due to a flyers nut allergy. Although my wife and I were flying without my daughter who also has a nut allergy, I was impressed because when we have travelled with her No other airline would honour this request. Sunwing is now my best choice for travelling! Thank You!

Dear Sunwing, My husband and I returned to Calgary yesterday after spending four nights in Las Vegas. We were there for our fifth anniversary and we booked the trip through Aero Travel. I had never even heard of Sunwing until then. I was really pleasantly surprised by all the extras we received on the plane, including the hot meal. The flight to Varadero was a pleasant one. It was nice to have a hot meal on an evening flight; three and a half hour flight did not seem long at all. We were greeted by Sunwing representative when we arrived and boarded the bus which transferred us to the hotel; along the way, we even had someone telling us a little about Cuba! The next afternoon, we met another Sunwing representative at our hotel who was very friendly and informed us about all the excursions which we could take during our stay at Varadero. She had all the information that we needed and she told us how we should prepare for each one. After a week long vacation, we boarded the Sunwing flight again and headed back home. The flight back home was smooth and pleasant which concluded our first visit to Cuba. Thanks to Sunwing for making our trip worryfree from the day we made our reservation to the day we arrived at our vacation destination and to our trip home, and making our vacation an enjoyable one.

Dear Sunwing, Recently I had the great pleasure of flying with Sunwing for the very first time. But certainly not my last time. I flew from Toronto to Vancouver on July 20, 2009 on flight WG801 and returned on August 3, 2009 on Flight WG800. I was amazed with the excellent service and great food. The flight attendants were friendly and helpful and extreemly accomodating. Therer were a couple of extra seats available and because I had sore legs they relocated me to a more comforatble seat on the plane. I have flow many times with other Airlines but their service does not match what your Airline provided to me on those two flights. My husband and I will be flying again in trhe not too distant future and will certainly fly with Sunwing. I will be reccommending Sunwing to my friends and family members. Thank you, Joan K

I would just like to say I travelled with Sunwing for the first time and i was really impressed. The complimentary headphones, champagne and hot towels were great. It is nice to see an airline adding more services rather than taking them away as most of the other airlines have done. great job!
