REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
The following documentation is required by law:
Birth Certificate (bride and groom)
Passports (bride, groom and witnesses)
A copy of the Birth certificates and passports of the bride and the groom should be sent to the hotel by fax or e-mail at least three weeks before the wedding for the legal arrangements. Clients must bring the originals with them.
Final Divorce Certificate or Death Certificate, if applicable, legalized and translated by the Cuban Consulate in the country of origin.
Cuban Marriage Certificate will be issued, approximately within three months after the Ceremony.
LOCATION OF THE WEDDING will be Free to Guests election.
Clients should contact hotel wedding planning team upon arrival to the hotel to organize and arrange all details.
Clients should be in house for at least three days prior to wedding date.
