Or select from the Star’s "endless" buffets offering indoor and outdoor seating. Plus, there are casual grills by the pool, 24-hour eateries with your favourite comfort foods, lively sports bars, kid's cafés and of course dining à la pyjamas with room service. You can work off those extra calories in the Star’s state of the art fitness centre, jogging track, sports centre or dancing the night away in the nightclub. Head to the spa for a soothing treatment or sip a cool drink by the pool or hot tub. And for a good giggle don’t miss the Second City® comedy troupe. Afterwards, try your luck at the Star Club Casino. So go ahead and treat yourself with a no-rules, freedom filled cruise in the Caribbean.

    Policies
    Alcohol
Passengers must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume alcohol. Please note that with the exception of Wine and Champagne, all guests are prohibited from bringing alcohol on board Norwegian Cruise Line ships. If you purchase any alcohol at a port-of-call or in the onboard shops, Norwegian will safely store your purchase(s) and on the final night of the cruise it will be available for pick up in a designated area.

    Wine & Champagne Policy
Guests are allowed to bring wine or champagne onboard. These will be subject to a $15 corkage fee regardless of size. Wines that are not featured on Norwegian's wine lists are subject to the corkage fee including wine sent directly to the ship by Travel Agents, friends, family, from another retail source, etc. The bottle will have a sticker or stamp placed on it showing that the fee was paid, and that the guest will be allowed to have the product onboard. This fee will be charged to the guest’s onboard account. Wines that come in boxes are not allowed onboard.

    Smoking
All public areas throughout all Norwegian ships are smoke free. Guests can smoke cigarettes in their stateroom (see note below), or on their balcony, in the casino or Cigar Bar (where available). If your prefer pipes or cigars, you can smoke in the Cigar Bar or designated smoking lounge. Also, you can smoke cigarettes, pipes and cigars outside on open decks (just not around food venues, sport decks, kids' pool areas and other designated non-smoking areas). Cigar and pipe smoking inside your stateroom or on your balcony is prohibited.

    NOTE:
Norwegian Cruise Line adjusted its smoking fleetwide, banning smoking in staterooms starting in January 2012. Guests will still be able to smoke cigarettes only on outside stateroom balconies. Cigar and pipe smoking is prohibited in staterooms and on balconies. Ashtrays will be available for use upon request through housekeeping staff.

In an effort to diminish the presence of smoke indoors, cigarette smoking will only be permitted in the casino, Smoking will be prohibited in all other public interior venues including all bars, restaurants, conference rooms, corridors, restrooms, staircases and landings.

In addition, the policy allows guests to smoke cigarettes, cigars and pipes in outdoor public guest spaces and open decks, where designated by the appropriate signage. Smoking is not permitted near outdoor venues which serve food, in open spaces such as the jogging track, sport complex and the children’s pool, etc.

Guests are asked to observe all safety precautions and the smoking policy is subject to change at any time.

    Gratuities
Stateroom steward and dining room Gratuities are included in the cruise fare paid to Sunwing. Casino dealers and Barong Spa personnel do not share in the Hotel and Dining charge as not all passengers utilize these services. A 15% charge is automatically added to all beverages purchased onboard. This is shared amongst the beverage staff and their support staff, including cleaners and utility staff.

    Attire
Freestyle Cruising® is not too dressy, not too casual. In fact, guests will find that there are really only two types of attire you’ll need.

Dress cruise casual anytime during the day, in the buffet and in most specialty restaurants. For women, it includes summer and casual dresses, skirts, regular or capri pants, shorts, jeans and tops. Khakis, jeans, shorts and casual shirts are fine for men. Swimwear is acceptable at the buffet and outdoor restaurant, but a shirt or a cover-up and footwear are required. Cruise casual is also allowed day and night on embarkation day.

Wear smart casual if eating dinner in the Aft Main Dining Room (Norwegian’s more formal Dining Room) and in Le Bistro, on cruises that are more than five days long. For women, it includes slacks or jeans, dresses, skirts and tops. For men, it’s jeans or slacks with a collared shirt and closed-toed shoes.

Norwegian wants guests to be comfortable, but tank tops for men, flip flops, baseball caps, visors and jeans that are overly faded, with holes or tears and worn below the hips are not permitted in any of the main dining rooms or specialty restaurants. Kids 12 and under are welcome to wear nice shorts in all restaurants. Guests may want to pack a sweater too—air conditioning can be chilly. Since all suitcases are collected the night before we return home, don’t forget an overnight bag for prescriptions and need-to-have items.

    Norwegian Cruise Line Latitudes Program
The biggest compliment Norwegian can receive is someone choosing to cruise with them again. And the more you cruise with them, the more rewarding it gets. They reward your loyalty with valuable onboard rewards, priority service, exclusive offers and fun contests. The Latitudes program is divided into four tiers, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum with benefits commensurate with your tier level.

    How to Become a Member?
