Richard Neat has a restaurant in Londen and now opened one in a old downtown mansion in San Jose called Park Café. This restaurant changes its menu regularly but might have some roasted scallops with ricotta tortellini in a pumpkin jus, or some expertly grilled quail on a vegetable purée bed, topped with poached quail egg. The well-thought-out and fairly priced wine list is a perfect complement to the cuisine.
