On the 20th of every month in Toronto, Ontario at 12:00 pm PST, ONE potential winner will be selected by a random draw from all eligible e-mail ballots. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The selected entrant will be notified by telephone or by e-mail and must respond with-in 2 (two business days) to claim the prize. In the event Sunwing is unable to notify a selected entrant within 24 hours of selection or there is a return of any prior notification as undeliverable, that entrant will be disqualified and another potential winner will be selected. Before being declared a Winner, potential winner shall be required to answer, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question during a pre-arranged telephone call, and to comply with these Contest Rules. Each entrant shall be eligible to win only one prize and will not be allowed to win more than once during twelve (12) consecutive calendar months.

To enter and be eligible to win, a person must be a legal resident of Canada, 18 years of age or older, currently residing in Canada and not be an employee of, a member of the immediate family of Sunwing or its advertising and promotional agencies, partners, affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, suppliers, printers and distributors. All entries become the property of Sunwing. Winners agree to authorize Sunwing to announce and publish on www.sunwing.ca their first name, initial of their last name, name of the city and province of residence, photograph/likeness in any forthcoming publicity in connection with this or any other promotion without further remuneration. Sunwing assumes no responsibility for lost entries, or for technical hardware, software failures of any kind or fraud whether caused by Sunwing, users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions. Sunwing reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this promotion at any time. By entering this contest, entrants agree to be contacted by Sunwing to receive special added value offers, promotions, contests and other commercial communication enabling Sunwing to provide its customers an ongoing service. The Prize: One winning participant per month will win an All-Inclusive, 7 nights trip for two to a destination and resort in the Caribbean or Mexico departing from Toronto as chosen by Sunwing Vacations. Departure taxes and government fees are extra, payable by the prizewinners. Flights on Sunwing Airlines. Bookings are bound by Terms & Conditions as stated in Sunwing Vacations Winter Sun 2006/07 brochure. The prize Terms and Conditions will be outlined in the prizewinner’s letter.

Travel is based upon space availability at time of booking and must be requested a minimum of two weeks prior to your requested departure date.

Any costs associated with the connector airfares from point of prizewinner’s residence to the departure gateway (Toronto) is a sole responsibility of the prizewinner. Once the booking is made and confirmed no changes will be permitted.

The following expenditures are not included in the prize and are the responsibility of the prizewinner: departure taxes and travel related fees, Tourist Cards and any local departure taxes, Medical, Baggage and Cancellation Insurance and all items of a personal nature.

It is the sole responsibility of the prizewinner to ensure that they are in possession of proper and valid travel documentation and visas when traveling.

Prize must be accepted as awarded with no changes, has no cash equivalent, is not refundable or transferable and will be booked through Sunwing. Only one prize will be awarded per contest winner, household, family, group or organization. Sunwing reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value or greater value in the event the prize described is unavailable due to circumstances beyond its control. Sunwing accepts no liability for printing errors on material distributed for this contest.
