- Analyze, investigate and respond to correspondence, resolving concerns to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Be a customer advocate.
- Research the cause of the problem and explain the best solution clearly in the response.
- Provide consultation as appropriate on company policy inquiries.
- Produce written documents in English with clear organized thoughts, using proper sentence construction, punctuation, and grammar.
