Manage Quality Control Messages (QCM)â€™s to maximize potential seat sales. Action Operational duties to effectively support room inventory management, supplier relationships and departmental responsibilities.
â€˘Accurate and timely reconciliation of QCM reports daily.
â€˘Accurate and timely reporting of rooms (i.e. recaps, EBBâ€™s, promos, reductions, new reservations) for USA, Europe & Canada product.
â€˘Negotiate additional room capacity & reduced cut-off dates as required.
â€˘Adding of confirmation numbers received from hotels to bookings within TTS for assigned destinations and follow up for missing confirmations.
â€˘Daily review of HotelBeds booking and cancellation reports to ensure booking accuracy.
â€˘Daily review of HBSI interface reports and booking error notifications.
â€˘Daily review of Riu interface discrepancy reports and resend of necessary components from TTS.
â€˘Use supplier interfaces to book specialized product as applicable (i.e. cars/HotelBeds).
â€˘Action Trigger requests (room inventory and special service requests).
â€˘Upon direction from Operations/Product Manager coordinate hotel relocations and liaise with suppliers. Issue required ARCC notifications as a result.
â€˘Action stop sales including system adjustments & Supplier reporting.
â€˘Full responsibility of SAR management including parameters set-up, maintenance of distributions email lists, monitoring Active Fax program ensuring delivery of SARâ€™s for assigned destinations.
â€˘Monitoring $SAR in-box ensuring all communication received for assigned destinations are actioned as required.
