â€¢ Process post-travel customer concerns received from both the airline and tour operator divisions of the Sunwing Travel Group.
â€¢ Analyze and investigate all customer concerns received on a daily basis via email, fax or mail resolving to customer satisfaction.
â€¢ Respond to written inquiries, updating travel agents and customers on the status of their concerns, and provide consultation as appropriate on policy inquiries.
â€¢ Produce written documents in English with clearly organized thoughts using proper sentence construction, punctuation, and grammar.
