RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Convert calls into sales above the monthly set target
- Up sell ancillary products to new and existing bookings
- Handle incoming telephone calls for packages, air only, hotel only, cars etc.
- Enter new reservations, changes and cancellations in the computer reservations system
- Promote a positive agent experience by making suggestions for destinations and hotels
- Communicate feedback to management
- Other duties as assigned.
