This very popular restaurant which has been open since November of 2001 features Chef Martin Picard. Chef Picard recently aired his show on the Food Network "The Wild Chef". This restaurant features foie gras on the menu as you can get it as a topping on poutine, in a tart or terrine, on pizza and even on a hamburger.
